I know what it’s like to feel like your body is working against you—to search for answers, try everything, and still wonder if you’ll ever feel strong again.

Decades ago, my journey in immune health began with AIDS and immune research at Genentech. But years later, my own health battles made it personal. A toxic gasoline accident in 2000, a Hashimoto’s diagnosis in 2010, and MGUS in 2015—each one a reminder that my immune system was my greatest defense. My doctor’s words stuck with me:

"Keeping your immune system strong is your BEST defense."

I refused to accept decline. I founded my first wellness company and created a powerful antioxidant formula that transformed my health. I never gave up. In 2020, as the world faced an immune crisis, I knew it was time to bring it back—stronger than ever. That’s how Gaia Goddess and Athena’s Leaf of Life were born.

Why I started the Gaia Goddess movement?

In 2022, I went into cardiac arrest and was placed in a coma. Doctors didn’t expect me to survive. My family said their goodbyes.

But just as my son whispered his final words, I woke up feeling fully alert, energized, and ready to reconnect with the world—to return to my mission in life. I knew I had a purpose to fulfill, and nothing was going to hold me back.

Doctors called it a miracle. I call it proof that the body, when given the right tools, can heal itself. I know what it’s like to feel unwell, to be told it’s “just aging” or that medication is the only way.

But I also know what’s possible when you give your body what it truly needs. That’s why I created Gaia Goddess—not just as a company, but as a mission to help women reclaim their health, naturally.You deserve to feel strong, radiant, and in control of your health.
